Hey all I'm Ebba, heading up to Nateva from Virginia. Was planning on making Bonnaroo my first festival but it just isn't gonna happen this year. Then I heard about Nateva and I couldn't be more excited. Got the warm fuzzies about this festival already

Hey all, Originally from ME and live in NH now. Was at the '88 Dead shows at Oxford Plains Speedway. Looking forward to this Fest especially because one of the other fests I usually attend isn't looking so good this year and Oxford is so close to home.

Hey, I'm Will from CT. I like turtles and climbing trees. I'm hoping to go to Nateva, I'll see what happens, never been to a big festival like this before, but might make it to a day of Mountain Jam before Nateva.

Rosie here from Bryant Pond Maine about 10 miles away...Pumped this fest is in the back yard as I travel to see shows every year and can't wait to just only put $5 in gas to make it there. To all that are traveling enjoy Maine its beautiful, friendly and venue is easy to access. The venue is going to be great so get ready for a rocking 4th in pretty much my home town!

Hey Hey kids!! My name is Riki Jee...professional partier here! My festival creds: (Over the years, every Lollapalooza when it was a touring thang, many WBCN River Raves, HORDE Festivals, ENIT Festival...and 100's and 100's of live performances ranging from dive bars to stadiums) Woodstock - 1994 - NY Berkshire Mountain Music Festival 2001 - Butternut Ski Basin - Massachussetts Berkshire Mountain Music Festival 2002 - Butternut Ski Basin - Massachussetts Berkshire Mountain Music Festival 2003 - Butternut Ski Basin - Massachussetts Bonnaroo 2006 - Manchester, TN Bonnaroo 2007 - Manchester, TN Bonnaroo 2008 - Manchester, TN Gathering Of The Vibes 2008 - Bridgeport, CT Bonnaroo 2009 - Manchester, TN Gathering Of The Vibes 2009 - Bridgeport, CT Bonnaroo 2010 - Manchester, TN (upcoming) Gathering Of The Vibes 2010 - Bridgeport, CT (upcoming) Nateva Festival 2010 - Oxford, ME (upcoming) At GOTV 2009, I briefly met two BEAUTIFUL women just chilling on the rock wall enjoying the roll of the ocean...we managed to connect on Facebook...and I caught a post on one of their profiles from a friend of hers...mentioning "The Nateva Festival" in Oxford, ME. I was like, "Whaaaaaaat??" I live in Manchester, NH....and although I love the fact that GOTV and Mountain Jam are relatively close by, I been dreaming of more in the way of Northeast festivals...so I do a lil search...check out the VERY SOLID line-up...and quickly discover this is happening 2.5 hours away from home. Right in my proverbial back yard!! So...I'm psyched, right? All over it. Start emailing and texting everyone I know within striking distance of Oxford... So...because all of my friends have no adventure left in their souls...I'm planning on hitting Nateva alone. Noooooo problem...I'm a waaaaay cool, chill, down to Earth, friendly kinda cat...and I make friends VERY easily...But...the next day...I'm chilling at a friends sizeable BBQ...and there is this young couple there...with a small dog...the dog...he just wants to hang with me, for some reason. Lays at my feet...and proceeds to chill out. So, they are standing relatively close by...and I overhear them talking about the festival in Maine...I'm like, "Are you talking about Nateva?? I just just heard about it last night!" "Hell yeah we're talking about Nateva!!" For the next hour or so...it's all festival talk...where ya been, who'd you see, etc. Turns out they have a great lil group heading up...and it's looking like I'll be joining their crew...destiny? Hmmm...I think so... And just for the record, even though I'll be connecting with this crew, I'm planning on driving my own vehicle up, so...I'm quite sure I'll have room for a couple more people with gear...If you are interested...here is my contact info: Richard (Rik) Grenier Facebook: www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=610971315&ref=profileyahoo IM & email: riksmaximus@yahoo.com 603-624-0136

Hi, Nateva-goers. I'm really looking forward to this festival. As an old Jerry's kid (think "your mama" old), who spent many years on the tours, it's been many, many years since I've had such a grand adventure, spending the more recent decades quietly in the woods, raising my kids, and although I know the scene has changed a lot, and it's a whole new world out there, I'm hoping to find a bit of that old peace, love, and connection that only a shared musical experience can bring.
So, if you happen upon an old lady with laughing in her eyes and dancing in her feet, a "how do you do" will be gratefully welcomed, and returned.
