This is a thread for those of us who need a ride, are offering a ride, would like to share gas cost, driving time, want some company for the travel, etc.

My friend and I are traveling up from plattsburgh NY, and was wondering if there were any souls with a little bit of extra room for us. We could meet you somewhere, but our cars wouldnt make the full drive. We can help with gas and such, and are great company. let me know if theres a chance . Thank you !

Plattsburgh, NY! Were you at the Clifford Ball? I wish I could help, but I'm pretty far away from Plattsburgh, and it would put my friends and I way off course to Nateva. Sorry.

I'm crashing with a friend of mine that Thursday night in Portland so we can convoy with some folks.
If anyone there is looking for a ride we can probably find room for one or two more.

My crew of 4 (including myself) will be getting to Portland on Friday morning. We're gonna try hopping onto a hotel/nateva shuttle, but if that doesn't pan out, all you drivers remember my pretty face and pull over for us hitchhikin' bums!

Hi. I'm coming from NYC. I know the festival is not too far from Boston, so I was thinking to take the bus up to Boston and then hopefully be able to do a rideshare from there... Unless there is anyone leaving from the Tri-State area I could ride with. I'm happy to help with gas & tolls. OH, and I'm volunteering at the festival, so I will most likely be heading there on Thurs. Thanks and can't wait!!

SOOOO.... I'm sure y'all got yesterday's email regarding "minimum of 2 occupants per car" (i.e. - if you're coming alone, you're farked). That really bulldozes my plans, as I was doing Nateva alone and did NOT plan on shuttling 3 miles to and fro for supplies (nor paying an additional $35, nor cancelling).
HOW-EVAH, if there any other festival goers who were also planning on going it alone (or not, even) I am heading north from Providence, RI and would love to carpool on up there. I'll be leaving with the intention to arrive Thursday evening.
Message me if interested!

I am planning on coming to the festival alone. I just saw the bit about not wanting single person cars into the campground. Anyone else going alone from North Jersey or NYC? I would be interested in carpooling. I would probably head up on Thursday.
Message me if you are interested.

Coming solo, so far anyway, from central Maine, room for one (or two if small and friendly hehe) more in my ride. Richmond, Augusta, Brunswick, that general area. Bus stops in Augusta and, I think Brunswick. Heading over early Friday morning, back probably Monday morning. Cheers, have a good fest.

Hey all, After receiving the email today about required carpool I'd like to offer my car up to anyone needing a lift. I'm coming from the White Mountain area, and while I know this isn't too far I'm driving in solo and meeting folks at the festival so I'll be happy to give someone a lift in Thursday.

George Just to clarify, single person cars are technically allowed but there is a $35 fee for solo drivers. Its simply an effort to give everyone as much room as possible and to keep the numbers of cars to a minimum so we arent all cramped up in our camping space.

Ride offer. I can give a ride to 1 or 2 people from Southern Maine/Portland area (amtrack station in Saco, ME for those from out of town) to Nateva on Thursday afternoon and returning on Monday AM. You need to have a weekend pass with camping. Also, I will be in the RV area, so you may need to walk to tent camping from there.

I will be coming from the Bath/Brunswick area on Friday. I could swing through Portland if need be.
Would love to find 1-3 people who need a ride so I don't have to pay $35 to get in. All my friends are going Thursday, but I gotta work.
