im considering borrowing some $ and buying tickets tonight but i have a question...
if i arrive late friday or early saturday....are they gonna send me to some crappy off-site camping location?? will i be on-site?

What they are saying is that they will sell campsites on the festival grounds first. Once those sell out they will only sell satellite camping tickets. So if you buy your tickets and get a site on the grounds it shouldn't matter when you arrive. You will know at the time of purchase if you're getting on the grounds or satellite. I wouldn't wait.

If you buy an on-site camping pass you can arrive anytime through-out the weekend and you will be allowed to camp on-site. They will def. give people a slight heads up before on-site passes sell out. Once those sell out, all that will be available will be the off-site passes... so people cant really complain if they are off-site, they didnt buy a ticket in-time and it is their only option to attend the festival. If they arent OK with being off-site than they should not buy a ticket. Consider the off-site camping an option for people once the festival has essentially sold out - other events would give you no option to attend, Nateva has off-site camping to help allow as many people to attend the party as possible once they have maxed out on capacity.

fudge! first the raising of the price, then this camping thing, i just went to buy tix and they don't take amex...  i feel like god dooesn't want me to go...ughhhhhhhh another obsticle, i need to find a way!!! |

I understand how you feel........but you also have to realize that this information has been available to us for months. We've known for quite a while that the ticket prices would increase.....they even let us know way in advance when they would go up (and even delayed it a few times). They also have been pretty open about the camping situation. Sorry that you feel like this is all happening to you now....but really it's something that we've all known about. Hope you can find your way to Nateva this summer! It should be a great festival. |

im just bummed, im trying so hard to get tickets and i dont have a visa or mastercard. i gotta find one soon or i wont be able to come and camp, just frustrated about it

I am not sure if this will help or not, but it is likely worth your time to explore: Inticketing does the ticket sales for Nateva. I would contact them and see if there is any other option for payment. My idea was maybe they would accept a paypal payment.. you could transfer funds from your card to paypal and buy that way, if they will allow it.. GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!! WE GOT TICKETS, had to use my girlfriends mother's credit card, which sucks, but we did it!! we are in!!!!!!!!

thanks for all the suggestions! we are soooo excited!! i love maine!! i went to IT in 2003 and always wanted to get back to maine. this is gonna be my gal's first fest ever. it was important for me to get her to this one. thanks for al the help and info!!!
