Has anyone been to a fair at the fairgrounds in Oxford?
Wondering where the camping will be, where the RV lot with hookups will be...~?
What will be in the buildings? I heard that late night bands will be inside...what else will be in? How about a giant ball pit!!
So excited to see a map up at some point! I don't know why but it gives me something to think about while waiting for the fun!! It's so hard to waaaiit~!

I have been once and it is a great spot. Built on an aquifer and the land is very flat so it drains quickly and evenly in case of rain. The fairgrounds were chosen specifically because of this geographic feature and has proven to be a great asset of the location.
I think camping will be located all over the place, some in the shade of the trees and others in the fields around the entire area of the fairgrounds. As to specific locations I couldnt tell you but there will be a wide variety of options. I have heard that there may be some camping at the far end of the race track opposite to the stages (could be a kool spot). There will be FREE WiFi provided for all and the fair grounds has strong cell phone service. Camping will be car side. There will be family camping for those looking for a more laid back and quiet experience and of course there will be VIP camping as well.
I am not sure of the location of RV camping but there are 3 types of RV tickets you can purchase. 1) RV w/ Hookup 2) RV w/o Hookup 3) VIP RV. I have heard they have around 100 RV spots, assuming that doesnt include VIPs.
Late nights will be in the buildings to help keep the noise from bothering local residents late into the night. I am sure they will have lots of other kool things going on in the other buildings as well.
