They've been saying they want to cap the amount of people at 15,000. I believe that's around what it should/could be.

Hey does anyone have any ideas what the projected attendance is gonna be? Yeah, I'd be surprised if it doesn't sell out. Further can sell 15K themselves, most likely.

I'm sure they'll hit the 15,000 then you gotta think about all the people who are going to be sneaking in which I am sure will be numerous.

Nah there wont be too many gate crashers, and they certainly wont be breaking down the fence like in 95. This is gonna be a peaceful friendly event

Actually Nateva420, you are wrong. Up North was put together and organized in the course of 7 months. They did not have money to properly fund security and pay for staff at gates that are required to stop this kind of thing. They did not have a security team for nitrous, they were vastly under funded when it came to security. I have no idea where you are getting your info, I know the guy who put on Up North and they felt pretty poorly about the way things went in regards to safety and security. Up North was sketch but it didnt touch Vibes (last 2 years) or All Good, remember when the security guard got pistol whipped?
Nateva on the other hand is well prepared for the n20 problem. Funding is certainly not an issue for them so security wont be underfunded. They have a paid group of security members that are specifically there for nitrous, folks that have worked other festivals on the same job. They also have a strict no nitrous policy and the local chief of police is prepared to deal with tanks as well. People will be turned over to the police and arrested upon being caught with tanks - its illegal in maine. They understand how nitrous gets into the festival.. vendors, under the fence, and paid off gate workers. They will be on top of all of those things. Nateva understands that a serious nitrous problem in their campgrounds can kill the festival, they will not allow this to happen.
