Hate to be the first Grrrr, but here's my freakin' story. My sister gave my wife and I her 2001 Focus, transfered it on Saturday. My uncle, who owns a garage, had looked it over a couple of weeks ago because it had overheated. He said it just needed coolant and everything else was OK. Anyways so halfway between Cleveland and Columbus (a 140 trip) the Ford starts to overheat. After adding coolant ourselves (and watching it practically pour out of a leaky hose), and dealing with Roadside Assistance (who couldn't fine I-71, the biggest highway in Ohio), I finally got it towed to a repair shop. $250 to do the hose and add a thermostat. Gotta love "free." Plus a 2 hour drive took 5 1/2 hours, with a 2 year old in tow. Grrrrrrrr...
