What about some late night funk or face melting ROCK? Any ideas about whether or not Nateva will cater to people that want to party til the sun comes up but would rather not get electro-tranced into the night?!?

I'm sure EOTO and Big Gigantic will be late night acts. I'm hoping Roots of Creation and Heavy Pets are late nights as well.

I'm sure EOTO and Big Gigantic will be late night acts. I'm hoping Roots of Creation and Heavy Pets are late nights as well. I have been working hard as I can to talk Frank into letting Roots of Creation do a late night set as well. I know Brett from RoC and he has a few good friends from other bands at the festival that would be happy to sit-in during a RoC latenight set (awesome surprises if this should happen). RoC is perfectly suited for latenight, they have solid lights for an up and coming band and they just get downright funky - makes for a great dance party. Velvetc or anyone else interested I seriously urge you to make a post about this on the Nateva Facebook page. It will help get some support for this idea from other fans and as many of us now know, people working at Nateva most definitely see these posts. It will seem a lot more legit if I am not the one who makes the original request to get RoC some latenight time, as Frank has already heard this from me on several occasions ;D As to catering to fans of different genres - When the campground stage will be conflicting with the main/second stage, Nateva is making a concerted effort to try to have different styles of music on either stage. Dont quote me on this but for example they were talking of doing something similar to: Mainstage: John Browns BodyCampground Stage:(starts post JBB) Roots of CreationSecond Stage as RoC plays) Crash KingsAs I said this is just an example, not necessarily the set schedule, just something that was being spoken of to cater to different tastes.

Everyone who is interested then should post up a storm on the Facebook page asking for Roots of Creation late night. I know I'm going to to, along with my caravan. If we could make this happen, I'd be very happy. We already have the chill electronic aspect with EOTO, some Jazztronica with Big Gigantic, and alittle late night Funk/Dub/Rock/Electronic fusion dance party would be perfect.
I don't know them personally, but when they first started out, they were busting their Heinys (no swearing) to get their name out there. Everywhere I go, they get a mid-day spot, and I think it's about time they got the much coveted late night.
I'm a big fan of these guys, and after I saw them Rothbury parking lot 08 at 4am, I ended up buying their CD when it was released. The first CD I had bought in almost a decade. They have gotten substantially better, but the only problem is you can't find too many new videos of them online.
Here's alittle taste from 6 months ago.
In conclusion, with our powers combined... we can make this happen.
