IS there a number to contact regarding a ticket order? I have my confirmation number, but believe I provided a wrong e mail address, and thus don't know where my confirmation e mail went off to. I'm guessing this won't cause a problem with the tickets, but I'm always a little paranoid and would like to make sure.

This should be an easy problem to fix. Call Inticketing (our ticket company) at 415-256-8499 and they should be able to help you. Please let me know how it goes for you by emailing me at help@natevafestival.com. I want to know how they treat you and handle your problem. Please let me know how it goes. Thanks.

I actually found a contact e mail for In-Ticketing and have corresponded by e mail with them. They've been polite and helpful there, just have to make a call during the work week to change the e mail address, so, as you say, this should be a simple fix. I'll post if I have a problem, otherwise assume they were polite, helpful and professional throughout the process.

what happens if you have a ticket for onsite camping and a person in your car has one for off site camping what happens? i would hope you wouldn't split us up!

I would hope that you wouldn't want us to separate you either. I assume that you would both go to the satellite lot so that you could camp together. Anybody who wants to camp in the main venue camping areas should purchase weekend passes with camping - as they are available right now. If you don't have a camping pass you won't get into the campgrounds. Sorry, but it just won't work any other way.

so your saying your goin to seperate the entire festival and not alowing people that are in satelite campgrounds to be with the rest to the people in the main venue camping ?

If you have ever been to a camping music festival before you would know that this is the only way for the festival to ensure that people who PAY to camp are camping. If they allowed anyone to go into on-site camping they who have hoards of people without camping passes just crashing the venue and staying to camp. This would make the venue ridiculously cramped for the rest of us who did pay to camp. Its unfortunate that that is the way things are but only allowing people with camping passes into on-site camping is the only way to ensure that other people dont just go in and stay.
I understand everything your saying but wht I'm not understanding if u can fit 7,000 on site and there will be 15000 sold your going to be spliting half the people who PAID for camping and not letting them enjoy everything they paid for. If you pay to camp you should be able to hang out in any campground you want. I'm just trying to clear things up because some things are alittle different with these satelite campgrounds I don't want anyone in my group to end up getting there ticket too late and not be able to camp with the rest of us
The people who get tickets after the main camping area sells out will know they're buying non-camping passes. Most festivals sell both camping and non-camping passes. If you get a non-camping ticket, you can choose to camp in a separate (and, let's be honest, inexpensive) campground that Nateva is putting together (that includes a free all day and all night shuttle to the main venue), or you can get a hotel or stay at a different campground. But this really isn't an uncommon thing with festivals, and I think it's good that Nateva is making it clear what is and is not included early on.

Yep. You can choose to camp at the satellite lot for $20 a car (which includes the shuttle), or you can get a hotel or find another campground. Also, I suppose that if you live near Oxford you could just sleep at your house as well.
