Will the next lineup announcement be this coming week (April 11-17)? Also will this be the final lineup announcement?

We are going to try to announce as many bands as we can on Monday the 26th or Tuesday the 27th. Getting all these acts confirmed is not the easiest thing we've ever done, but we continue to persevere.

do we have the full complete linup out or is there going to additions?

They said they were done adding bands to the lineup. I think we're pretty much set....maybe one or two small bands. After they said they were done the group "Problemaddicts" got added so possibly a small addition or two.....but big name acts are done. They got the main stage schedule set already.
