Am I correct to assume all three headliners will play full, 2 set shows?

I wouldn't expect the Flaming Lips to play a two set show. They tend to play single sets, unless it's their Dark Side show which I don't think is expected. Furthur should definitely get a two-setter, especially with Sunday having a few less bands playing the main stage.

Just another great reason to catch the shows. Everybody needs a little something to look forward to. See you in Maine.

Furthur is our festival headliner and they get 4 hours and however many sets they want. For more details you will need to join us at the festival. See you in Maine.

That is what I wanted to hear ;D Most festivals 2 sets for Headliners is standard. But some festivals (cough-All Good-cough cough) only give their headliners a 2 hour slot, which sucks Glad to hear this though! Indeed, see you in Maine!
