I saw something on the facebook page a while ago about a silent disco at Natveva. Wondering if this is going to be a reality. Thoughts? Answers?

Not actually sure. I remember a while back Silent Disco Boston made a post on natevas facebook about them being there.. we shall see

I think Nateva HAS to have this. I have never experienced this and would love this to be a part of my late night experience!

I still don't get it. What is a slient disco? You have a DJ who plays music....just like any DJ at any festival would. The only difference is....instead of the music coming out of speakers on a stage.....the sound goes directly to a bunch of sets of headphones that people have on. So everyone is hanging out, dancing, and listening to the same music.....but to anyone on the outside without headphone it's total silence. |

Thanks for that! I wasn't sure exactly what it meant, but figured it was something like that.
Do we need to bring our own headphones? Or do we get them/rent them from the DJ?

Does anyone know if the head phones use a FM fequency or the 100 something MEGA-HERTZ like police radioes and cordless phones. My and a lot of MP3 players have built in FM recivers and it would be neat to use my own something. ya know
