A nice five hour drive from Connecticut brings me to this question. Its clearly states on the website (after some searching) that the gates open for campers to set up at 4pm until midnight. So basically what I'm asking is,
Will there be a no tolerence type policy for those attempting to enter at 12:30 am?

This was posted on March 30th by Nateva officials: We are planning to admit people to the camping area 24/7 from the time the gates open on Thursday. Unless something changed....you should be okay.

My question is how strict is the 4pm gate opening going to be? Last year I arrived at Rothbury the night before. The gates were set to open at 7am (I believe) so we got a hotel room and woke up early the next day to get in line. By the time we got in line around 5:30 they had been letting people in for 5-6 hours already. Our site was way further back than what we were hoping.
Regardless, I plan on being in line early on Thursday morning. Sitting around with a bunch of other festheads waiting to get the word to go in sounds like a nice way to spend the day. But a "surprise" 12:00 opening would sure make it nicer!

We are planning on letting people in on Thursday beginning at 4pm. You must have a weekend pass with camping and pay $20 per car for early entry. Beginning at 12 noon on Friday we will let in the weekend pass with camping people who are not paying the early bird fee. Hope that helps.

We don't do votes at Nateva, and we definitely don't do them on the Official Nateva Q&A Board. What are you monitors doing out here?
We have hired M&M Parking, the folks that park for Bonnaroo to take care of processing and camping the customers upon arrival. They are the most experienced people in the world at that one task, as are the other professionals that we have gathered to run Nateva, regarding their points of expertise. Our website say 4pm on Friday is when we start to admit people. We may move that earlier as crowds and availability of staff allow for. It's only a portion of the onsite campers that we are expecting and we should be able to quickly get you in, parked and camped. Plan as you would for any other festival, be prepared to smile and go with the flow. Everything will be alright. If you get there early we have a big holding area where you should be able to line up and relax until we are ready for entry. See you there.
