Refund?

Hi:
I'm requesting a refund of my weekend ticket with camping due to the late, new requirement I pay $35 extra because I'm traveling alone. I clicked on the link in the e-mail ya'll sent me to get a refund but nothing happened - a blank page popped up. Since this is a lot of $, and the deadline to receive a refund is coming up tomorrow and I've got to get to work, I would like some form of confirmation you received my request, my refund is forthcoming, and how I should expect to receive my $234.95 back.

The only link I saw about a refund in th e-mail was an actual e-mail address (NOT a website). So maybe that's why when you click on it, nothing is happening. The e-mail states:

To receive a refund you must send an email to [e-mail] by Thursday June 3rd at 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time).

So I would just send an e-mail to [e-mail] before tomorrow to sort out your issue.

Thanks monkey man, I have since tried that. I still didn't get any confirmation but at least it appeared the e-mail went somewhere. I do appreciate the advice. And I still plan to come - just on a more affordable day ticket for Sunday. Which more of my friends can also afford which means, in turn, I'm no longer traveling alone.

Yea I'd just save your e-mail in your "Sent Mail" folder in case there's any kind of problem. That way you can prove you tried to get your refund before time ran out.....though I doubt there will be an issue. You never know, though.

Glad you're still going to try and attend for at least Sunday. Furthur should be awesome.

Yeah I've always wanted to see George Clinton too. And haven't seen Derek Trucks since he was just a wee ladd and came out for a song w/his dad at an Alman's show years ago. Been looking forward to this since I first found out about it, before the bands were even announced, so bummed to not be doing the whole thing, but happy to take part as much as financially feasible.

Just an update in case anyone else has the same question: I received a reply from Nateva (looks to be from Mr. Chandler himself) and am told my refund will be processed Friday. So if anyone else unfortunately has to change plans as I did due to the onsite camping solo thing, this seems to be assurance their word is good.
Oh and I've already got my Sunday day ticket to replace the one I had to give up.
Nothing left to do but smile.... well, you know the drill...

Apparently they're going to be offering day passes for the other days as well.....so if financially possible you should try and get one or two of those too.

Don't forget your day ticket includes free camping at the Speedway. Take our free shuttle bus back and forth the 3 miles to the Fairground. No hassles.
