5 - Rustic Overtones This is a funky good time 4 - Ghostland observatory What a way to start an amazing night 3 - Derek & Susan One of my favorite married couples and some brothers Otiel and Kofi 2 - Lettuce>Lotus What a way to start an amazing weekend 1 - STS9>FLips This combo is one for the ages, when you combine the side-by-side stages its a virtual segue. The bonus goes to Big Gigantic. the wife doesn't want to see 'em so I can really cut loose when no one is watching.

5. UM (never seen them live but I've got high expectations) 4. Trucks/Tedeschi (loved ST's stuff for years and never seen DT live) 3. P-Funk (been groovin with Parliament for about 15 years now but haven't seen them since I was in college.... Lollapalooza, RI somewhere around '94 I think) 2. moe.... blew me away at last years 'Roo. That was my first taste of 'em. 1. Furthur..... been seeing the Dead in one form or another for longer than I care to admit. I (like most of you I'm sure) listen to music about constantly, in just about every genre possible except maybe top40...... but the GD still does what nobody else has ever done for me musically. It's my home.
Keller Williams, Lettuce, and McLovins are right there too for the "5" spot. All based on good things I hear about their live shows... McLovins more so for the curiousity factor.

Joining this party late, as always:
5: STS9 4: Giant Panda (they killed it with John Brown's Body in February, should be a great late night act but dub music might be too mellow for that slot) 3: the Problemaddicts (so freakin' excited that the boys are finally making it! This is a freakin' amazing hip-hop act from Western Mass and you should all go! Seen 'em 4 times in3 years). 2: Ghostland Observatory. (they should be the late night set. Why are they not the late night set? Why? Blew my mind at Langerado in 08 and again last year at ACL) 1: Flips. Finally, after all these years, I get to see them. Look for me in the disco ball pants!
