I received my confirmation email with a tracking number on 06/05/10 stating my order has shipped. I have been checking the USPS web site every day, several times a day and as of this morning i get the same message:
"Class: First-Class Mail®
Service(s): Signature Confirmation™
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 5, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later"
That's it. When i tried to get info from the Inticketing web site under the menu "where are my tickets?" i am told this:
"YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR TICKETS ARE SHIPPED. Please allow 3 weeks from the date your order shipped prior to contacting customer support. We cannot do anything until that time.
US Mail Orders
If you do not receive your tickets within 4 weeks of the shipment email (the 2nd email you get from us stating that the tickets have been sent -- not the original email confirming your order), continue and contact us."
I still have not received the second email!!! show is less than 3 weeks away! i paid extra for tracking and it has gotten me nowhere. people who ordered their ticket after me have already received their ticket!
and when i try to enter my email address on the Inticketing website to check status on my order, my email does not exist in their system!?!
does anyone know what i can do next? any one else with these issues???
