Artscape ( www.artscape.org/ ) just released its line-up ! It's a huge free festival in Baltimore. I was already planning on making this my first year going but it turns out, it clears up a couple of my Nateva conflicts, since Jackie Greene and Toubab (albeit with an afternoon slot) are both going to be there
They list Musiq Soulchild, Gov't Mule, Wale, Maysa, Rebelution, Jackie Greene and Cold War Kids as the draws but there are also some hidden gems if you look around the line-up (such as Toubab).

Artscape is a ball...giant block party, over a hundred thousand people. We ran into Franti a couple years back, wandering around, kicking a soccer ball. Tons of art vendors...some of the best art I've seen anywhere.

Yeah, I've heard absolutely great things about Artscape. Plus, it's free. I haven't been, but a friend has, and she loved it, so hopefully I'll be going up there with her this year (:
