Hey now Andy! I am bringing my daughter to Nateva for her first festival. My daughter is 12 (and looks/acts 16), so I'm thinking the Kids tent might be a little too young for her. But I'm sure you will have lots of kids there doing all the cool, fun stuff that kids love to do. There are times I walk past the Kids tent at festies and I want to join in.

Hey Moondancer, she may really enjoy the entertainment we have lined up and the life size puppets. I also always encourage the older kids to help the younger ones.
Hope to see you there.
Andy

Moondancer, my son is 15, very mature and a musician. He's bringing his guitar. Maybe we can hook up and the kids can have fun! Bring bongos or something to drum on.

Very cool jimbo. My daughter plays the flute and says she wants to bring it to play. We also have a small frame drum, but nothing too big. Are you going to camping with the masses or in family/quieter camping? I'm thinking we'll be in family just so we can get some sleep at night. Also maybe a bit tamer for her first fest. But we all should definitely try to meet up and hang. The kids would probably have fun.
And Andy, I'll bring her by the kids tent so she can check it out and make her own decision. She always likes helping the smaller kids with stuff too. You never know with her...

Moondancer, I'll be camping with the masses. Evan is bringing an acoustic guitar and I'll try to get some bongos...Maybe you could teacher her some Jethro Tull to incorporate the flute. My cell is 573-2375. We arrive Thursday. Call me and we'll hook up.

Jimbo, we'll be arriving Thursday as well. Prolly somewhere around 7pm is when we'll hit the line to get in. I'm hoping earlier, but it all depends on when hubby can get out of work. As soon as we get in and settled, I'll give you a jingle.

Nobody should worry about the kids. Plenty of responsible adults, myself included to watch out for them.

If I was a kid or had kids, it would be on. This sounds like such a good time. I'll have to stop by the tent and see what's happening.

Yeah, no worries about the kiddos. Mine is looking forward to her first festival/concert. She's still afraid she won't like the music, but is going in with an open mind about it. I'm hoping she'll find some new bands that she will love. Although I'm half thinking I'm about to create a monster... And she will want to go to every fest out there after this! (Ok, not a bad thing really, but hard on the pocketbook!)
