Ok, the Nateva folks are good enough to be on this site and answer questions on a very regular basis. We tried to set up some rules regarding this particular board to make things easier for everyone. I'm going to reiterate those rules here:
1. Start a new thread for each question. When you title your thread, make it a title that describes the question. The title "Question for Nateva" isn't helpful. The title "When will gates open" is.
2. Wait for a response. Don't bump a thread. We can't guarantee when your question will be answered, or if it will be answered at all. Once you receive an answer, you can post a follow-up question if it's related to the original question and answer.
3. Don't answer questions posed by other members. This is for the Official Nateva Guru's. The mods will monitor the board and take care of any questions that have already been answered or questions that have an easy answer (such as "when does the festival start"). This isn't a board for open chat, so if you want to start a conversation on a topic (even a topic already asked about on this board), please post it somewhere else.
4. Again, please be patient. We don't know exactly when a Nateva representative will be on here, and we don't know how often they'll plan on answering questions. They've been very open and helpful so far, but we can't promise when your question will be answered.
5. Do not PM a Nateva representative. They're nice enough to hang out here, so we don't want to be filling up their inbox with questions. If you have a question, please post it here.
This is not a forum for suggestions or complaining. There are other forums for that. If you don't like an answer, discuss it in another board, not on this board.
I'm taking some time this morning to delete a number of posts. If they don't conform with the rules, it's being deleted in this board. We try to let the other boards run pretty freely, but, on this particular board, we want it to be as easy and stress-free as possible to have the Nateva folks here answering questions. Ask a question and wait for an answer. If you want to discuss that answer, post it on another forum.
