According to the Nateva website, VIPs will have a separate entrance to the fairgrounds. On the directions page all that is listed is Camping and Speedway directions. Will we be getting an email or some other form of communication which lists how to get into the fairgrounds as a VIP ticket holder?

You should get in as easily as it can be done.
