Maybe some of you will find this helpful..... if you go to a place like REI or EMS you can buy something called "National Geographic Adventure Paper". It's standard 8.5"x11" sheets of paper that go into your regular computer printer and when you print with regular printer ink you are left with a nice heavy guage waterproof print. No special ink or printer required.
I normally use these for printing out topo maps for hiking and backpacking, but they're great for printing out festival schedules and festival maps. Even if doesn't rain, I find it tough to keep things like maps and schedules in tact in my sweaty pockets after dancing all day.... this paper solves that issue nicely. Print out a few extra for your neighbors!
