People who arrive on Thursday and have onsite camping passes will get to set up their camp. If you come on thursday, but have an offsite camping pass....you can park at the speedway but you won't be allowed into the preparty festival. That's for onsite camping pass holders only.

Yea, somebody asked if they could camp at the satellite campsite on Thursday even if they aren't allowed into the Pre-party thursday shows. Nateva said their camping for the festival at the speedway wouldn't begin until Friday but if you wanted you could crash in your car at the parking lot and then get in the camping line early friday.
I'm guessing that's where the confusion came from.
