Where to meet friends before heading in?

We have friends coming in from a different direction than us. Where is a good spot to meet them so we can camp together?

I thought maybe Frank's Place Lawn & Garden at 275 Webber Brook Rd. but now I'm worried it will be hard to get to.

Thanks for responding! They are coming from Fryeburg, ME and we are coming from Portland. Does this route still make sense for them? Technically they can access the site from behind... but not sure if that route will even be an option for them.
