WET Volunteer Camping Question

My hubby and I have ON-site camping. My friend is volunteering with WET (which gets her ON-site camping). We planned to get in line together so we could camp next to one another (we're in seperate vehicles/tents). Now we find out, mere days before mind you, that she has to arrive at 11am Thurs and we can't get in until 4pm when the gates open.

Does this mean we're going to be camping away from each other?

I imagine that the folks running Nateva are super busy right now. You could try contacting them through the official website or calling Shimon (who does the volunteering stuff).
