At the Vibes last year, they widely advertised a contact number for On Duty Staff, which was used to instantly report dangerous/ emergent/ unlawful activity, (such as NO2 tanks, injuries, lost kids, questions, freakouts, illness, 911, handicapped access needs, fights, floods, downed tree limbs, rabbit holes, etc.).
